Hatha flow classes involve connecting the breath to movement through a series of creative flowing sequences, to enhance flexibility, combined with held physical postures to build strength and restore the body to its natural balance.
Classes will involve asana (physical practice), pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation and relaxation. Emphasis will be placed on developing safe techniques and healthy alignment, while recognising the uniqueness of every body. Classes will strike a balance between effort and relaxation by invigorating the body and calming the mind. All levels of experience welcome.

For me, yoga is a way of coming home to myself and finding a sense of equilibrium and balance in my life. I first encountered yoga over 10 years ago as a frazzled Leaving Certificate student and since then my deep love for this wonderful practice continues to draw me back to the yoga mat time and time again. Over the years I have been inspired by many wonderful teachers including Uma Dinsmore Tuli, Sujith Sudakaran and Michael Ryan. In 2014, I embarked on my teaching journey by completing my 200 hours Hatha Yoga teaching course in the Ayuryoga Eco Ashram near Mysore in India. Since then I have been privileged to share my passion for yoga with others.With a background in psychology, my teaching style attempts to cultivate mindfulness and self-compassion within the practice. My classes are fun, creative and dynamic, focusing on flowing transitions and subtle movements. For me, yoga is not about creating the 'perfect pose', rather it is about developing body awareness and continually adapting poses to respond to what the body needs.
My intention is to empower my students to develop a practice which is challenging, yet embedded in self-respect, in which students learn to enjoy their body through tapping into its natural inner rhythm.My hope is that if you come to my class, you will leave feeling stretched, balanced, free, relaxed and ene
