Yoga for the New Year
Happy New Year - Here we are - we have arrived at 2026! 🌿
Begin your year on the mat with this six-week yoga course, created to support you as you ease into the new year ahead.....
This mixed-level class is open to everyone so whether you’re new to yoga or have been practicing for a while, you are very welcome.
You will be invited to move mindfully through gentle stretches, strengthening postures, and flowing sequences, balanced with restorative time & breathwork to help release tension, recharge your energy, and cultivate strength and stability with ease.
Each 90-minute class gives you time to breath mindfully, move your body & deeply rest while also exploring setting intentions for the year ahead.....
Class size is limited to 12 participants, giving everyone plenty of room to move, breathe, and really enjoy their practice.
Come as you are, and begin 2026 exploring yoga and all the wonderful benefits it offers

It is a great alternative to getting up & down from the floor and so benefits people with restricted or limited mobility
