The Warmth of Wellbeing: Yoga for Wintertime
Move into the Quite embrace of Wintertime and join me on your yoga mat for some lovely, nourishing, gentle & mindful movement
that will keep our inner light aflame through the colder months.
Balances with lots of deep rest to help you restore & renew this time of year (it is cacooning season afterall)
This 90-minute gentle yoga class gives you the opportunity to slow down, move mindfully, release tension,
& take time to care for your body, mind, and spirit.
Ideal for unwinding after a busy day, this style of yoga blends gentle movement, meditation, breathwork, and intentional rest,
inviting you to feel nourished, calm, and grounded...... a wonderful way to embrace the cozy winter season
This class is limited to 12 people, giving you plenty of space to move, breathe, and fully relax.
Cromane - Friday Morning Gentle Yoga - 10am to 11.15am
Start your Friday with a grounding yoga practice to end your week and lead you into your weekend.
This 75 minute class focuses on gentle movement, uplifting postures & deep rest to help you feel centered and refreshed.
Perfect for all levels.

Chair Yoga is a gentle yoga practice suitable for people who want a gentle practice.
It is a great alternative to getting up & down from the floor and so benefits people with restricted or limited mobility
