Monday Evening | Killorglin
Yoga Flow
Hatha & Vinyasa • 6-week course ~ €90
7:00pm–8:15pm
A flowing, active and playful yoga practice for those with some previous yoga experience.
We'll explore movement, strength, stability, balance and a variety of yoga postures, weaving elements of Hatha and Vinyasa together.
Expect to move, explore and challenge yourself, with space to play and have a bit of fun along the way. We will always finish with some time to slow down, rest and settle.
Suitable for:
Those with some previous yoga experience who are comfortable with a flowing practice.
Who might enjoy this practice:
Those looking to build strength, mobility, stamina and body awareness, while enjoying a more energetic yoga practice.

Yoga Nourishment
Hatha • 6-week course ~ €90
7:30pm–8:45pm
A slower, more nourishing Hatha yoga practice offering space to move, breathe, connect and rest.
We'll explore gentle movement alongside strength, breath awareness, mindfulness, mantra, meditation and relaxation. We'll move at your own pace, allowing time to tune inwards, connect with the body and hopefully create a little more space in the mind.
This class offers an extra long rest at the end of class to nourish all parts of you 😊
Suitable for:
everybody (beginners welcome)

Anyone looking for a gentler approach to yoga, whether you're completely new to yoga or simply looking for a slower, more reflective practice. A lovely way to pause, reset and nourish yourself after a busy day.

We'll explore mindful movement, strength, joint mobility, breath awareness, relaxation and simple mindfulness practices.

Anyone looking for an accessible and supportive way to practise yoga.

Those wanting to maintain or improve mobility and strength, release tension, develop body awareness and explore mindfulness in a welcoming & relaxed setting.
