Bookings & Payments
Bookings for YOGA LE GRÁ classes, workshops and events can be made through the booking system provided on the website or directly with YOGA LE GRÁ.
Payment may be made by card, cash, Revolut, PayPal or another payment method offered by YOGA LE GRÁ.
By making a booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Drop-In Classes
A drop-in booking reserves a place for you at a specific class.
Due to the nature of class bookings and the space being held for you, drop-in bookings are non-refundable if you cancel or do not attend.
If you are unable to attend, please contact YOGA LE GRÁ as soon as possible. At our discretion, we may be able to offer a transfer to another class, subject to availability, but this is not guaranteed.
Block Bookings
YOGA LE GRÁ offers block bookings, including 4-class blocks and 6-week blocks.
Block bookings must be used within the relevant booking period. Unused classes cannot be carried forward, extended, transferred to another person or exchanged for cash or credit, unless otherwise agreed by YOGA LE GRÁ.
Missed classes cannot normally be made up at a later date or added to a future block.
Workshops & Events
Bookings for workshops and events reserve a place specifically for you and are generally non-refundable if you cancel or do not attend.
If YOGA LE GRÁ cancels a class, workshop or event, an alternative arrangement or refund will be offered where appropriate.
Retreats
Retreats are subject to separate Retreat Terms & Conditions, which will be provided when booking.
Yoga & Your Wellbeing
Yoga involves physical activity. You are responsible for practising within your own abilities and should let the teacher know about any injury, pregnancy or other circumstance that may affect your participation.
If you experience pain, dizziness or discomfort during a class, please stop and inform the teacher.
If you have concerns about whether yoga is suitable for you, please seek appropriate medical advice before participating.
Photography
Photographs or videos may occasionally be taken during YOGA LE GRÁ classes, workshops, events or retreats for promotional purposes.
If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please let YOGA LE GRÁ know.
Privacy
YOGA LE GRÁ respects your privacy and handles personal information in accordance with applicable Irish data protection law and GDPR.
We may collect your name, contact details and booking information in order to manage bookings, communicate with you and provide our services.
We may use third-party booking and payment services such as Ticket Tailor, PayPal and Revolut, and may use other providers such as Eventbrite in the future. These providers may process information necessary to complete your booking or payment and have their own privacy policies.
We will not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Where appropriate, our legal basis for processing your information will be to provide the service you have booked, comply with legal obligations, or where you have given consent, such as for marketing communications.
We may use trusted third-party services to help us operate YOGA LE GRÁ, including booking and payment providers such as Ticket Tailor, PayPal and Revolut.
