Service Description

Glow from the inside out as we take it slow with a strong awareness in the joints of our bodies releasing build up tensions and improving joint mobility! This is a slow paced class but it is not a walk in the park - it is Yoga so be prepared to be challenged as our bodies create core strength and stability! Deep Relaxation to finish is always a treat :)
