Suitable for continuing levels class – all levels Welcome

​

This class focuses on alignment principles to safely stretch and strengthen the body.  Using traditional Sun Salutations A & B to warm up and build heat the class will progress through a variety of asanas (poses) to work towards a peak pose. 

 

Each class will have an element of pranayama (breath work) and relaxation at the end.  This class will be a perfect way to re-set before a busy work week or to complement sport training such as running, swimming and cycling

Erin began practicing yoga over 10 years ago and in this time has enjoyed a variety of styles including Bikram, Vinyasa and Hatha.  She completed her 200 hour teacher training with Green Lotus yoga in 2014 and is currently completing her 300 hour training with Noah Maze of YogaMaze. 

 

Her classes have a strong alignment focus to allow students to access poses in a safe way to help improve strength and flexibility.  Erin finds the positive emotional, mental, and physical aspects of yoga reach into all aspects of her life and she is passionate about sharing this with her students.  Erin's classes are light hearted and fun, while also providing students with challenge; she strongly believes that yoga is for everyone and everybody and strives to make class and poses accessil.
